Whats up fellas? IDK if any of you remember me but my name is Luis and Ive been a member here since Oct 06. I used to own a Neon back then, but sold it and tried many different cars ever since (mostly DSMs). I even tried to get into muscle cars, but thats def not my thing. So to make a long story short, Im back with a Neon. I got a great deal on this one that I couldnt pass up. I bought me a 1997 Plymouth Neon Highline. Its red (pr4), mtx, 2 door coupe. It came with dual exhaust, Iceman CAI, solid motor mount inserts, Altezza taillights, eibach springs, PT cruiser drivetrain?? (thats what he told me) and a clean *** interior...lol. At first he wanted 1600 bucks, but I talked him down to 1,100. Only reason is because he got tired of people saying they'll buy it, then back out at the last min.

So Im back once again with a Neon, and I hope to make this a long term project. I will post pics tonight. I hope to learn more about the Neon and Im very open to some opinions or advice. Thanks guys and Ill talk to you soon.

Yeah yeah I know...lol. I was going to take some tonight but my camera took a crap. Ill be buying the cool pix digital camera one tomorrow, so hopefully the pics will be up then. Sorry guys.

 

Here are some pics I took tonight with my buddies camera. The car came with chrome altezza lights, but I bought some different lights from a .org member. I think there pretty sweet. Like I said, im open to suggestions and opinons.

Thanks guys for the warm re-welcoming...lol. Yeah the pin striping is coming off. And other then the 2 fenders dented and the front and rear bumpers scuffed up, the paint is awsome. No rust. And this car must have something done to the drivetrain or shifter, because the throw is real short.
