Default Radiator replacement question.

How difficult is it to replace the radiator on a 95 neon 2.0L SOHC with air conditioning and are the radiators at autozone and/or advanceauto sufficient? This is my step-daughters car and I'm just trying to keep her safe without spending a ton of money. Her current radiator has a bad crack in it and stop leak isn't working. I know my way around a tool box but I'm definitely no mechanic. Thanks!

Dont use stop leak. I would flush the cooling system after using that. Dont forget if its an auto, you will lose tranny fluid also. Be sure to pick that up. Drains plugs on the bottom of the radiator, 2 10mm bolts, a few wire clips, a ground wire, a few hoses and your good to go. Dont forget to flush out the stop leak, just use a hose.

That doesn't sound too difficult. I've flushed my system before so I know how to do that. Will I be ok with an autozone or advance auto radiator?

I had to do the radiator in my dohc atx when I first bought it only took about 2 hrs. It is a pretty straight forward.

Does anyone know if these radiators listed on ebay are any good?
