hey everyone i am having a problem with my 97 dodge neon. there is a strange noise coming from the front passengers side. It sounds like a tire is rubbing but i dont know how that is possible since i havent put anything but stock tires on it. I have replaced the wheel bearings all around so im sure that isnt it. We are thinking either a CV joint or ball joint but arent for sure so if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

while driving the car put it in neutral if the noise persist then you know it is related to the suspension if it stops it could be a water pump or something crazy like that.i personally had a water pump make a wheel bearing kind of noise on my eclipse
