Ok ive changed the coil pack, wires, plugs, pcm, tb and tps and the map sensor. when i first start the car and until it warms up its fine but as soon as it gets a little heat in the motor it boggs out and pops a jerks around. any ideas? Is there anything in the motor itself that could cause that? im stumped on what else it could be.

Its your camshaft position sensor. I had this exact same problem with my neon. It's located on the side of the head with 4 10 mm bolts. It cost around 20-25 bucks. 
