won't run

I have a 96 neon, if I unplug the cam senor the car will run, other wise it won't. Ive checked every wire and diagram I am stumped I am a Ase certified dodge tech I can't figure this one out please help.

If it runs with the cam sensor unplugged, I would check the cam sensor, and the magnet on the cam.
