Default k can someone explain these codes?

k got a neon 97 manual it turns over but wont start batterys fine and fuel fine
but get these codes
35.open or shorted condition detected in radiator fan low speed relay circui

37.an open or shorted condition detected in the torque converter part throttle unlock solenoid control circuite

i have no clue what they mean and not got the cash to take it to a garage

Torque convertor code is most likely the culprit. Make sure you wire it per the instructions for the mtx swap , neons.org has a good write up. Also did you switch to a mtx pcm cause it shouldn't look for the torque convertor.

yeah i agree. if you have mtx pcm it should not have any code for a torque converter

yeh just found that the previous owner changed the pcm and put a auto 1 on lol so av changed it to a manual still wont start and am getting the 12 code and sometimes the 11 code wtf ?
i know the 12 codes nothing to worry about but the 11 is
any way of testing the timing belt to see if it has jumped ?
r any other info on this code?
yeh the engine a dohc

Check crank and cam sensors/wires. Otherwise I guess next step would be checking the timing.

check them how ? and how do you check the timing ?

well, its kinda hard cuz u have to take out the timming belt protector, put the car "death point" and check if the point in the camshft, and on the crank pinion are good!
