ok im at work and dont really have time to do a search about it but i wanna block off my egr all i can remeber from last year is you just put 2 plates on the engine, one on the manifold and one on the block, and then block off the vaccum line. now since i have a 1995 the vaccum line is separet from the egr do i still have to block that off or no?

 

you can just leave it hanging there w/ the vaccum line attached and the electrical connection attached too...the ECU will think it's still working.
