i got the 2.4 motor in my car and im just useing the stock 2.4 alternator bracket on the front of the motor. but anyway i had to extend the wires on the stock harness to reach the alternator and i didnt know which wires go to which wires on the 2.4 alternator pigtail connector harness. so i just tried it one way and it was working and it did charge the battery but now it doesnt charge it anymore so im wondering if i had the wires wrong and it fried the alternator. but it wouldnt charge if they were backwards correct? but i really dont feel like pulling the alt. out cuz the intake manifold has to come out to get the alt. out
