redbook?

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the canadian red book or if anyone knows the red book value of a 1995 dodge neon.

for the car over 10year the red book it's not good

i have a 95 neon and im selling it to my girlfriend so i was just wanting to know the redbook value so she knows what she has to pay to change the registration to her name.
