Default Wont crank after engine install.

I refreshed a used SOHC engine to put into a 98 SOHC auto neon that blew up, and am almost done now. I swapped over all the respective sensors, and the car will not start. I have replaced the starter with a junkyard unit that cranked over in the junkyard 10 mins prior to removing... I have the battery in the stock location, with more grounds then OEM.

I turn the key, and it does not crank. Fuel pump primes when in the on position, and everything else works. I do not have power to the 8ga black/brown wire comming to the positive terminal (same terminal as the 6ga red wire that is run directly to the positive battery terminal)
I have the other small wire hooked up to it's correct position on the starter.

I've tried swapping relays, and turning the connector to the nutural safety switch upside down (Wires currently in the 2/oclock position vs the 8,oclock position)

Help? I'm so close to being done...

have you made sure the negative cable for the starter is completely connected? I ran into an issue after i replaced the starter, the negative cable wasn't completely screwed on thus it would randomly decide not to turn over and such because the cable wasn't always touching.

There is a ground that I added to the setup, 4ga directly from the battery terminal, to the starter mounting bolt, in addition to the battery to block, and strut tower to block grounds (all 4ga)

All fuses in the fuse block underhood and in the dash are good. I have switched out the relays to no avail.

I am tempted to hack off the fusible link, and see where that gets me...

Check the under hood fuse box, I had a 30 amp Maxi fuse blow, it looked good but when I tested it it was bad, and my car done the same thing
