ok so sometimes when i turn on my 95 plymouth neon sohc 4dr it starts fine and all but i go to use the turn signals and on the dash the word brake lights up when i attempt to use them and makes this obnoxious noise other times i start it. it works fine. so whats wrong and how do i fix it?
