It's best if you have donor car for parts, front and rear hubs, rotors/drums, shoes/pads, calipers. You would have to check but I think the steering knuckle is different as well as the bearing. Should be an easy swap if you can find cheap donor car.
just go jy, get front spindles/caliper/rotors, rear hubs and drums and that's it. you can use your old spindles and press in 5bolt hubs the 4 and 5 bolt hubs use the same bearing. but then you'd need to buy some rotors. it's easier to just swap spindle/knuckle assembly.
if you already have the parts, why not just give it a shot. since the bearing part numbers are the exact same for the front 4/5 logically it would be likely so is the knuckle assembly. shouldnt take more than 1/2 hr to swap this part. rears are even easier just swap hubs and drums. same brake shoes between the two.
