Most interior lights won't work
I was trying to wire in some cheap aftermarket M3 power mirrors into my car, and many of my interior lights stopped working. The vanity mirror lights, dome light, and glove compartment light won't come on, and there is no power coming to the power mirrors (I checked with electrical tester). None of the fuses are burned out. I suspect that burned out the time delay relay, but I'm working off of the Hayne's manual diagram for the interior lights, and it does not include the power mirrors on that ciruit or in any or the other wiring diagrams. Any help would be appreciated. Also, if anyone has installed the M3's in their car, I'd appreciate any tips so that I don't blow another relay.
Thanks for the help. Turns out I did blow a fuse in the fuse box under the hood. I didn't realize it because the hayne's wiring diagrams showed other circuits running through the fuse that weren't affected by it.
One more thing. How did you feed the wires for the leds on the M3's through the door? I tried to snake it through the rubber wire channel, but it has an electrical connector blocking the hole on the body side.

I literally just installed some with the LEDS last week. I had to buy more wire, as the wire provided with the mirrors was not long enough. I used one of those "snakes" with the claw/clip thing on the end. And I worked it through from the inside of the engine bay, to the door. Then once the snake was all the way through. I wrapped the wires to the LED blinkers in some weather-proof cover, clipped the end of the wire onto the snake and pulled it through. Once the wires are in the engine bay, I used zip-ties to keep the wires next to the others, and fed them all the way to the front turn signal.
The turn signals are dual element, so you only need to connect to one element. Make sure its the bright one that blinks when you turn the signal on, Not the driving lights, cause otherwise your side-view mirrors will light up all the time, and not work as a blinker.
(I used the Chilton Manual, and it had the Wiring Schematics for the power mirrors and the turn signals, i would assume that the Haynes would be the same)
in order to get the wires ran through the door boot on the neon u have to pull of the door pannel, then remove the kickpannel on the inside and pull the harness to where u can get a drill or something in there to make a hole though the connector on a blank area on the other side of the molex plug, wires in there still get power even if its not an option on your car so insulate them so they dont short to ground, then run them from there to your power source, fuse it seperatley from whatever your grabbn power from though, me personally id use a relay and fuse, so if it shorts out you dont loose blinkers or whereever your power source is, watch out for the window tracks in the door, had one pull the wire off the actuators for my shaved handles, good luck
