96 Dodge Neon, 2.0L, SOHC, MT. I think the PCM might be bad. I tried 3 used PCM's from a local salvage yard and none of them worked. Does the DONOR PCM have to have the same Chrysler P/N as the original? Does it matter what Neon the PCM came from if it has the same engine?
