so i got this neon for like 60 bucks after some tradin it runs 16.20s all day and gets 40-45 mpg 5 speed and everything horrible paint and 13s and a leaky axel seal, so i put a water pump timin belt and idler pulley on it and drive the **** out of it for a gas getter while im in college well then i got more into it i bought a turbo kit and a donor car(dohc) and planned the dohc and turbo swap for mid nov/dec and put all the exterior and interior parts on it so it would look nice and bought some 17s with 205/40s and fixed my axel seal all it needed was a tie rod then on my way to class my damn tranny blows up! i thought it was the clutch had jus gone out but it makes a horrible racket when i let out of the clutch while its in gear!

 

That could still be your clutch, you wont know for sure until you get in there.

 

well yeah being a mechanic i jus went back when not frustarted and looked over and heard over eveything im about 98% positive it is jus the clutch.so i guess thats a little better but thats 200 dollars i dont have right now cause of rent bills college ect. anyone need 1st gen parts?
