There really is no way to install a transmission cooler like the type you are thinking of on a manual transmission, as a manual transmission does not pump fluid in the way that an automatic transmission does since there is no torque converter.

The only way to dissipate heat from the manual tramsmission would be to add a heat sink of some sort with fins to dissipate the heat. There are applications like this out there but I think they're mostly for diesel and racing set-ups, and are specific to the transmission. Besides, I really doubt you would be heating up your transmission to the point that this would even be necessary. A manual is just not the same, or as vulnerable to heat issues as an automatic.
