Why must some people Rice out their neons?

no jus go nice and your style and that neon is riced it has painted hub caps and a custom trunk with fast and the furious vinyls and some gay taillights and a fart can and looks automatic proly stock too, sorry bro but that car defines rice

wtf is that...lol i have never seen painted wheels with painted hubcaps...wow...rice keeps finding new levels...notice the engine is not even showing so theres a good chance its stock too lol...and did he paint those tailights...kinda looks like pac man eating a ball lol

lmao damn yall got jokes. well i was just using him as a example but i see i was majorly wrong then. i like the simple look, morely im into performance and sound. you can look simple and bad *** at the same time just thought that his would stick out in a good way...guess not. his is completely stock. from the races......ill just leave it at that.
but as far as riced out my general question now is what is to much and right around the ball park? I mean i got my interior changed to black for my theme, shaded tail lights and a little wing (Not the aluminum park benchs) im still stock besides them cold air intake, i have some parts on order and im waitin for my coil overs to come in before i put my rims on.

coilovers? or tiny springs from ebay? DONT PUT EM ON. youll ruin your suspension trust me man. if they werent over 700 your being ripped off. and rice is a huge pointless wing or any other pointless mods that do nothing for performance. rice is "look fast" performance is "go fast"

heres 3 example of rice...rice is a neon that looks and sounds fast as hell...useally a big wing to hold down weight on the rear tires...pointless because its a fwd...performance is a neon (like mine :P) that can turn the speedo over and keep going like its nothing(and mines still a slow neon compaired to alot out there now)...rice is a neon that sounds like its a rocket...yet you look over and your head to head...but your just driving half throttle XD(a race in my 5.0)...rice is a neon that looks like a viper...a cool neon is one that eats vipers :P...now dont get me wrong my neon has a bit of a rice sound and most will at some point...but i can break the tires all the way to 3rd...im not saying have a stock body or anything like that...i mean some body kits look cool...but its like some things are pointless and just stupid...ie money better spent...but if thats what you do thats what you do
