Ya know a clean lookin neon is actually a good looking car my brother has a 98 neon r/t. If people would keep up on them and dont rouch them out they wouldnt have such a bad rap!

 

yah were not saying they are a bad looking car its just people make them look bad with what they do to them and then then lose a race with them which looks even worse def. a good looking car

 

i like mine and once i get my BC's i like it more people will never understand dual exhaust on a 4cyl and a wing and body kit mixed in with an auto trans....is a rolling joke

 

i kno what u mean i hate it when i see a neon with a 3 foot wing lol or a dumb *** ****in body kit gives guys like us a bad name.. ppl ask me too what u drive i say a neon and they see it and there like how this is one of frist neons that isnt riced... we all need to REP the non riced neons... and if its auto with a body kit it belongs in a junk year im sorry lol i a dead hart neon guy but when it comes to that i get pissed....

 

hands down 2.4 swap ina 1st gen with be ****in fast i ahve seen it done.... 1st gens ****in rock..

with a 2.4 swap your just getting the torque...makes them a bit quicker off the line.. where i live san jose, ca i have only seen one true riced neon...but hondas riced like crazy...but hondas over neons in my area unfortunately i own both but alot of the honda kick *** around here

 

hondas are wicked fast but what isnt when built right? and yea im keeping my 2.0 maybe .20 over cause of the 300xxx mile mark when i boost it

 

might as well go .20 over...and thats true... b18c w/ bolt ons in my 94 civic ex body..
