rough idle right after starting

i have a 98 neon AT and whenever i start it, it idles rough and sputters. it does this until it is revved or driven, then it is just fine. any suggestions?

new plugs, wire, air filter, and a good injector cleaner and that should fix it. Are you throwing any codes?
