i have a 1996 neon it started out running like crap and not wanting to get up to speed and would jumping and just not running right, then it would act like you were turning the car off and then turning it back on while you were driving, after all that it through the code p1391. so i replaced the cam sensor and the crank sensor. then i took it for a ride changed nothing and then it died. towed it back home hook up the scanner and it said no crank shaft sensor signial recieved(p0320) so i checked power, good power and good feed back to the pcm. so i also replaced the pcm in the middle of all this and hasn't changed anything. does anyone have any ideas. did you check the wiring from said sensors to ecu.. the cam sensor wires somtimes grow weak as oil gets in them from a leaky sensor... also did you check your grounding wires and strap? from valcover to fender and starter to frame?
