Default Gotta Dodge Neon Question that I bet you can't figure out!!!!!!!

Ok Yall...I have a 1998 Dodge Neon. My problem is that when I take a right hand turn, the car sputters, and sometimes dies. It only happens in forward gear, and while moving. The fuel pump has been recently replaced (we thought that may have been the problem). When in a straight line, or a left hand turn, the damn thing runs like a scalded dog. Any ideas? Thank you so much in advance.

Check your o2 sensor wiring and crank sensor wiring for exposed wires

Check engine light is NOT on. Ill check o2 and crank. Also when this thing idles, it is as smooth as silk, and revs great, until you take a right and turn.

Our '96 did the same thing. I found a wire under the engine from the drivers side to passenger side that goes up to the alternator. It had rubbed through the tape and wire insulation to go to ground. The odd thing was it was right next to a tie down for the wire harness. It took me a long time to find it.
