Hi, I took my car to get it aligned, the mechanic told me that the lock nuts on the inner tierod ends are missing on my 95 neon,my dad looked and couldn't find anything wrong, and said he dosen't see an inner tierod end?Any ideas what the guy is talking about?he said if he turns the thing to align it, the tierod ends may pop out of place?

There should be what is called a "jam nut" that connects the inner tied rod to the outer tie rod end.
