95 neon Code help

I have a code P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor A circuit ( Bank 1 or single sensor. I have replaced the cam and crankshaft sensor with no results. I need to get this car started ASAP, so any help would be appreciated.

have you traced the wireing to check for breaks or connecton issues? try cleaning the plugs and sockets. and using a meter to test for conuity
