95 neon idles up high when push clutch in to shift?
Car is 95 SOHC MTX, only mod is ATX TB.
Hey like it says, when I push clutch in to shift after half or WOT it will idle up high for around 5 or so seconds, its like the pedal is sticky but its not and TB spring is good. even when you let off to let the engine slow down the car, it still wants to go for a few secs before you can feel the engine kick back. when the car is parked you can rev it up and it idles back down normal. just when car is under a load it does this.
Would this be a vaccum leak or sensor problem?
I got a CEL for EGR system Failure about week ago but all is good now, I also Upgraded to a ATX TB and when i did the intake had like +3mm of black crap on it, and old TB was same way on bottom of plate, didnt have time to take it off to clean it, just cleaned ATX TB and put it on, was trying to take EGR off but exhaust side bolts felt like they were going to break and did want to have to deal with broken bolts at the time. This problem happened before and after ATX TB install, So its not the TB. It also comes and goes, but its back again and not going away. Any ideas??

Had something like this happen to me and it ended up being the tube for the EGR wasn't sealed all the way where it connects to the air intake. I reinstalled it and made sure the bolts were all the way down and it fixed my problem... now my problem is my IAC is messing up. oh well.
