Default air conditioning not working, recharged but still nothing

Fixed**

I have a 95 Neon SOHC and tried recharging A/C at work, when I recovered, it had .31lbs and charged it to 1.81lbs and it only took about 1.01lbs and wouldnt take anymore, even tried using the car to help pull in more. It only blows hot/warm air. pressure is also around 90. Did I do something wrong or does anyone know what the problem might be? At work we just use the A/C machine to recover brand new trucks to install aux a/c units in darkrooms and then recharge it so everything is brand new so never had to deal with something not working. Any ideas???
Thanks

I'd suspect a blockage in the system. What are the high and low side pressures with the a/c on?

I fixed it, lol, decided the check the fuse box for the hell of it and the A/C fuse was pulled out. original owner must have taken it out. I put the fuse back in and recharged the system and works great now
