ok i have been studying these diagrams as for the cluster lights there should be a orange for power and org w/ blk stripe for the ground. the brake lights should have a brn/red wire for power and blk/yellow for ground and the ground should be in the left and right rear quarter panels. i cant even find a black/green wire the only one ive found in these diagrams are lt green/black and are for the following: in the Ground distribution circuit there is a lt green/black that is a ground for the fuel sending unit (not related) and another in the Ground distribution circuit that is a common ground for the following: combo flasher, radio(this wire is black and should connect to the lt/green black and is located in the right i/p center support), intermittent windshield wipers, daytime running light module, and heated rear window switch..(possible)
