i have a red or orange light or the dash cluster in the shape of a triangle i have no clue with is is or for or what. it goes off if i open the door, or turn on the dome light but as so as the dome light goes off the triangle lights back up does any one out there know? the timing belt broke. and then i bought a new one and every sense i put the motor back down in the car it has been there. they had the wrong cams in it so i got cams from a eclipse and it wants to start now but it wont its very close. just thought maybe the light could tell me why. thank Eric

 

one, change the cams to that of a Neon cam and it should start fine, what year is the car. the orange triangle must be a 95 thing and I dont know what it is.

 

i can't find the cams and the dealer said they are on back order. its a 99 r\t

 

hmm, where abouts do you live I would check local scrap yards for some cams from any DOHC neon. maybe even pull the whole head. . if that is a dead end try Orilyes or autozone. the dealership charges to much

 

i have call about 15 junkyards i bought the new head from advance auto it cam with the wrong cams in it and they won't take care of my gascets and bolts it has just been a pain inn my ***
