My 95 neon's passanger side linkage arm under the consol of the shifter keeps getting loose. Is this a problem with anybody else? It has already fell off of the shifter arm three times so i was stuck in neutral. Once was on a busy road. All three times I had to take the consol off and put the arm back on. I had to use a bushing not made for it also because the first time it happened the stock bushing was completely torn apart. I finally got tired of messing with it so i used a clip to hold it on, and JB Welded it on. LOL. It's not a problem now, but has anybody elses neon done so like mine?

 

the bushings were just worn, you need new ones.
