95 neon cranks but no power to fuel pump or coil

all the lights work and it cranks good but will not run. im not getting no fuel or fire. checked the fuses and the asd. also put on a ecm.

Check your crankshaft and camshaft sensors. If either one does not work, you won't get gas or fire.
