i have a 98 doch neon manual with 100,000 miles i bought the car with a noise that sound it like the trowback bearing put a new clutch and bearing but still makes the noise so i put another trans but the noise still there i don't know what the problem is can some one help me the noise goes away when i step on the clutch or after i drive it for like ten min help and thanks for any info anyone can give me

 

mine makes a grinding sound when it is out of fluid but when i step on the clutch pedal it quits it does it when its cold and low on fluid also.
