Default Troubleshooting No Start- No Spark

Here's whats up, I have a 97 Dodge Neon 2.0 SOHC. The car started, had good power and ran good but had a blown headgasket. So i changed the headgasket, timing belt, tensioner, and water pump. I put it all back together and the car cranks fine and it has fuel pressure but there is no spark while cranking or power going to the middle coil wire while cranking, so it will not start. like i said the car ran fine before this was done and i have checked all the sensors and grounds 100 times. I hooked a scanner up to it and didnt get any codes and while on data mode, it shows the Crank and Cam sensor at 0 voltage, but i have not checked them with a multimeter yet. Battery voltage is good.

Things i have tried but has obviously failed.
- tried starting it with map sensor unplugged
-tried starting it with crank sensor unplugged/ and tried the same with cam sensor
-tried starting it while jumping the Auto-shutdown relay this method constantly sends power to the coil but still no spark to the plugs
-checked all fuses multiple times

any advice will be greatly appriecated thank you
