Here is my problem, i have a 1996 dodge neon oval track car, it has a 96 sohc motor 11:1 , header, cold air intake, mitsimoto radiator,a 95 harness with a dual aftermarket pcm, the problem i am having is we can only hit 7000 rpm, last year with the car we hit 7800 with no problems, i have swapped in 3 different motors with the same results, i run 48 psi for fuel pressure, we only run second gear and i run 60 series tires, i have changed, fuel rail and injectors, crank, map, cam senors, coil, throttle body and even change performance computer back to SOHC. has anyone run into this, i am completely lost and at wits end. any help would be greatly appreciated.
