So to start this off right I apologize to the owner of this vehicle if they are on this website. I was searching through Google images and found this Neon with the front bumper I want, and I wanted to know where to get the splitter from. Thank you for your time.

 

Are you talking about the front lip on the bumper?

I used to have a Dodge Dakota lip on my old 97...

 

Yea but the one on my pic looks like its made for our bumpers. It goes all the way across and is flush, your old one looks cool still but just a little thick imo.

 

That I know of, there were only one company that specifically made a lip for the neon, Modern Performance. Modern's is no longer made, but I do believe Vitor still sells his monster air dam.
