Unhappy Having A/C issues HELP?

I have a 96 neon and I've replaced the AC clutch and recharged the system. Now when I turn on my AC the radiator fan kicks on and off along with the clutch kicking on and off at the same time. It kicks on and off every ten seconds or so. Could it be one of the relays whether its the AC clutch relay or the Radiator fan relay??? if not both ????

The radiator fan is supposed to kick on when you turn on the A/C. This helps keep the engine cool and not overheating.

I understand that the Rad. fan is supposed to come on with it but for some reason it is clicking on for ten seconds and then off and on again and off again and everytime it does kick on the AC clutch engages and disengages with it... I dont understand why......

The AC clutch will engage when the a/c cycles unless the motor is at a certain temperature.

if the coolant is low it may kick on and off, try getting a bottle and filling it. get a gauge and make sure not to over fill.
