Default lowering the neon

few questions to start this off. The neon handles like ****. and i need to replace my strutts all the way around. so i want to throw a set of lowering springs on the new set . Im not looking to use my neon as a race car so please dont suggest anything thats stupid expensive. But ive never lowered a car bfr. what strutts are capable of taking the lowering springs? would new oems hold? also for springs i found ebay ones and i know cheap means cheap but what are the diff between ebay springs and the expensive? r they rly that diff? id imagine the forgining process are very similar between the 2. i pretty much just want the lowered look on the car. Its cancer free with good paint.

There are no differences between the dodge and plymouth springs, so yes you can swap them just fine. The difference comes into play with the ACR and R/T springs from Dodge.

KYB GR-2 struts handle lowering springs real well. Get those along with the springs of your choice and you should be happy. Lower the car too much and prepare for your back to hurt. The neon doesn't have alot of jounce travel to begin with, so lowering the car reduces it even more. But it is fun to corner in a dropped neon and good sway bars.

Loved my eibachs! Had ebay coil overs and the wore my struts out then broke into pieces. Eibach's=30k+ still ride nice. Ebays= Broke after 20k. Sway bars are also very nice for cornering like das said.
