coilover sleeve Kit?
anyone had any experience with these? what would be a good set of not breaking my bank strutts that wouldnt blow up with a lowerin kit. id only drop it 1in 2 if i was feeling CRaaaZy. Also isnt the rt neons strutts a higher rate than a base? would a set of rt"s hold a lowering kit? and i hear everyone saying you can get your strutts revalved to take a lowering kit? who does this? and whats it norm cost?
its never worth taking apart factory struts to revalve them. this is only done when the struts or shocks are no longer available and you interested in keeping the car in its origional condition.
I highly doubt your neon is a concourse quality restoration.
two part numbers for the front struts
firm suspension pt #4626681
sport suspension pt #4626835
and 3 part numbers listed for the rear
Firm suspension pt# 4656069
Sport Suspension pt #4656071
Competition Suspension Pt# 4874836
Id put the sport struts in and have a spring shop beef up the coils

Try and I mean try to find some Mopar High Rate springs. They are now discontinued and you can only find them used. They dropped the neon about 1.25" in the front and rear. They are great. If you can't find those, I have heard skunk2 lowering springs are nice.
