Default Rear Trailing Arms

I have a 1999 Neon, I need to know if anyboby knows the proper name of the 2 rods that come off the rear spindle to the body of the car, not the strut rod, and if they are availible at some parts outlet other than the dealer. I will try and post a picture. ThanksRear Trailing Arms-dodge-neon-001.jpg As you can see in the picture one arm is bent really bad!

Those would be your lateral arms. I have a spare set from a 98 R/T if you are interested in them. $25 shipped and they are yours.

Thanks for you reply, I wish I would have seen it sooner. I have already ordered them from O'Reilly, 72.99 EACH. The dealer wants 187.00 each. They are nuts! Damn I should have checked my comp. sooner, thanks for the reply, have a good one.

Cancel the order man! There is no way you should pay that much money for them.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. I have already installed them and they are adjustable arms, their kinda nice. Thanks again. I just bought this car for my daughter, now I have a/c problems. I had a shop charge it up, and just after that it started blowing vapor out the vents with A/C on, and slowly but surely lost its cooling. The comp. runs when you turn on the a/c but no cooling. I think the evaporator core has crapped out! Oh boy.

The stock trailing arms are adjustable too!

Did the shop leak test it?
