I got a 95 neon SOHC i just replaced the engine and clutch after i put it all back together it would start with the key, today i went to start it and it just clicks i went and got another starter and it does the same i took the starter out to see if it was working and it is but it just wont start the car i can start it by poppin the clutch but i cant get it figured out on why it wont start with the starter. any help would be appreciated.

 

the problem was in the wires going to the fuse box.
