I have a 95 neon sport dohc that doesn't like to start after it has warmed up and then cooled down. When I try to start it sometimes the gas gauge moves up only to come back down, other times it stays at empty regardless of the full tank it has. I have already replaced the fuel pump. It seems like the engine isn't getting fuel. Any thoughts?

 

Is it possible you have a dirty air filter? cant run if it cant breath

 

I've put in a brand new air and fuel filter.
