Just bought a very clean 96' dodge neon(my first dodge btw) with 84k miles and i am going to install a new aftermarket radio in it but there is some kind of number pad right by the cars ac controls i wanted to know what exactly it was before just cutting the thing off because it is kinda unsightly. it has numbers 0-9 and a # and * sighn also on the bottom is a green and red light though when i touch any of the buttons it doesn't light up at all.
