Default gauges for a 95 neon

the gauges that r in my car do not have a tach..... can i switch gauges to the ones that have a tach.... cuz ive heard differently.... and i heard sumtin bout a blu wire behind the gauge cluster?????

As far as I know, if you get a guage cluster w/ tach out of another Neon, it should work just fine. Or elsewise, just buy a tach at Advance Auto or Auto Zone and wire it up yourself.

If you have the grey wire with the light blue stripe on both ends (J2 connector on the cluster and at the PCM), you should have a signal. You can check it with a multimeter to verify. If it's there, a tach cluster from any 1st gen Neon will work.

I know the 95 is a little different, but as far as I know its plug and play. Just get a cluster with a tach.
