So after hours figuring out what was wrong and why my car isnt starting it happened to be my ignition switch. I have a 96 Dodge Neon 2.0 DOHC automatic. I tried jumping the starter and the motor spins but doesnt engage the flywheel. I believe it should pop out and engage the flywheel. Any ideas on how to fix that so I can get my car goin again?
