does anyone know if you have to change out any of the a/c sensors wjen switching from a sohc to a dohc any input would be greatly appreciated.

 

I would assume that they are the same. If you are doing a motor swap and have both, I would just look at the sensors and if they look the same and the plugs are the same then they will be the same. Call autozone or some parts store, dealer and ask if the parts are the same.
