So i just got a new header for 99 neon and i have missing bolts form the original exhaust manifold, my question is does anyone know the size and length of the bolts that i need, and do i need different bolts for the header?

 

The Exhaust Manifold to Head Bolts are M8 x 1.25 x 25 and no, you don't need different head bolts.
