Default Turn signles and such don't work

Have a '95 manual dohc neon. I'll give a little history on repairs to the car. 2 ECU's replaced by the dealer under warrenty (guages quit working). Car did great. At around 60k oil started leaking from the head gasket. I replaced it, timing belt and water pump. It ran great but the check engine light came on (used to come on and go back off randomly before gasket change). Then it got an oil leak right at the power steering pump reservior (is definetly oil). Replaced valve cover gasket and still have the leak. One night the windshield wipers wouldn't work. Next day worked fine and has ever since. Well today the wife got in it to goto the store and the turn signals, brake lights, a/c, and radio wouldn't work, and the abs light was on. Do you think the ECU may be going bad again (still gotta check fuses)? The guages are working fine and the car runs as good as ever. Also do I need to blue glue the whole valve cover gasket or is there something else that may be leaking the oil. I love this car but it's getting frustrating. Thanks for any help.

i would start off with checking all of your fuses in the car and under the hood, if that dossent work i would test the circuits out with a digital multimeter to try to locate the prob and try to find out what happened, test contunity of the circuits to ground to see if you have a shorted wire

Well they work now. No clue why but who knows. It just sat overnight and now it all works. Drove it a few times today and everything did fine. I swear its gremlins.
