My 99 has a buzzing noise in the dash and battery keeps dying. sometimes the interior lights don't come on with the door open. About a year ago I replaced the instrument cluster after the fix didn't work. 1 mo. ago I replaced starter and 1 week ago I replaced battery(1 yr. old) Any suggestion on where to start looking?? TIA

 

I would check the wiring under the kick panel and up in the dash. You may have a bare wire shorting out on something.

 

Thanks, I'll try that. I hear the buzzing noise only when I open the door to get in. When car's running I can't hear it. Door switch shorting out maybe??

 

That could be a good possibility.
