hello i race a 99 dodge neon sohc on a 1/4 mile ovel i was just wondering what are some of the cheapest and best ways to gain hp i have nothing all i have done was cut of the muffler still have the cat on if there is anyways i can gain hp im not aloud to put on any bolt on parts has to remain stock at least look stock if there is any cheap easy ways to gain hp please reply to this.

oh and i run out of gear in first 3 speed auto i have to run first i have tried small tires and running second but its too slow then tried running first and second still too slow then i finaly ran 195 65 r 15 and that was the best but still running out of gear i was wondering if there is any tricks to make more room under the strut to fit a bigger tire like maby a 195 65 r16 or a 205 65 r 15
