Default 98 Neon DOHC problem

hello everyone,
I have a question/problem. I have a 98 Neon 2.0 DOHC. My car will not start. It will try to crank but not actually fire up. I have replaced the ignition coil, spark plug wires, spark plugs and crank position sensor. I checked the spark with the new plugs and im not getting any spark. I know im getting fuel because i can smell it on the end of the plug. I am thinking it could be the cam position sensor but im not sure. Is it possible that is the culprit? If so (and this may be a dumb question) because it is a DOHC does that mean there are 2 cam position sensors?. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Check the asd relay. Make sure your battery connections are clean and tight. Also make sure all your grounds are attached. Other possible culprits are the crank and cam position sensors. And you only have one of each, not two.

Thank you for the advice....I tried starting it with no luck so i swapped the horn and the ASD relay and tried again and behold it started right up. I then swapped them back and sure enough it wouldnt start. I swapped them back yet again and it fired right up. So all in all i think that was the cuplrit. At least as of right now it starts just fine. Thank you again for all the help.

Did you try honking the horn when you swapped them?
