HELLO ALL I REALLY NEED SOME HELP
I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 96 PLYMOUTH NEON AND AM ABSOLUTLY PUZZLED ABOUT WHY MY CAR WILL NOT START IT ACTS LIKE IT WANTS TO START BUT WONT TURN OVER. WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR I REPLACED THE TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP. I DID A OBD2 TEST AND GOT P0433 WHICH SAID EVAP PURGE SOLENOID CIRCUIT. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS WE THOUGHT IT WAS FUEL BUT THE FUEL PUMP SEEMS FINE. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECITATED

What do you mean by it won't turn over? The motor won't crank, or it cranks just does not start. The evap solinod sensor will not keep it from starting is is cheap to replace, I did mine I believe it was $12 or $22. Its located on the passenger side of the engine copartment, just above the wheel well.
