Default 99 Dodge Neon DOHC

I bought a 99 plymouth neon converted to a manual, with a fully built engine still rocking a factory pcm. long story short It's having issues running. it will die when you stop at a red light, its been running so rich the fuel dams up in the intake. I don't know if it's just a vacuum issue, are my injectors too big, is my egr messed up....

mds ignition
mds coil pack
mds plug wires
cams
valve springs
valves
adjustable cam gears
gates timing belt
JE and Eagle guts
Moroso oil pan
Light weight pullies
Clutchmasters fx300
quaife differential
beafy half shafts
throttle body
indy intake
3'' exhaust all the way back
cold air intake
injectors
fuel pump
fuel rail
AN fittings (dress up hose kit)
the list goes on..
the only thing stock in the car is the alternator and power steering pump.

Sounds like you need a tune before you wash out the motor with gas and need to rebuild it again. What is your fuel system, what size injectors, What intake manifold? Any check engine lights? I would switch it to MS and get it tuned, more then likely thats why your dumping fuel in your intake manifold.

You really don't have a need for bigger injectors unless you are running a turbo or have a crazy built 2.4 engine in there. Stock ones are 19lbs/hr and plenty for most neons out there.
